Oh I remember

My definition

What a poem is

From my childhood days.

A sentence cut

by different lines.

Sometimes half finished.

Wrote a few

With rhyming words

One below the other

However

Not a good one

Not in English.

I understand now,

It’s not just sentence

But bunch of sentences

Wrote in different lines

With a heart pounding

To each and every word.

It's an effort, to tackle

the misery of life

With words, Not knowing how

A misery of its own

To neglect, To complete

The sentence.
